If you don't drink the potion and you come out of the tomb with the potion, it will become a trophy named Sex Change Souvenir.
If you have a husband/wife before you take it and they aren't bisexual, they will no longer have sex with you, nor will they seem to be attracted to you. However, if they are bisexual, they will still find you attractive. All facial hair remains, the only way to remove it being at a stylist.

Resurrection Phial

Death need not be the end. Resurrection is possible with this.
A Resurrection Phial is a special potion available in Albion that revives Heroes. It does not need to be equipped or used because it acts immediately when Heroes loses all their health. In the Hero of Oakvale's time, it can be purchased from most potion shops and traders for around 700 gold. In the Hero of Bowerstone's time, Resurrection Phials can be purchased at most potion shops and stands, and also from traveling traders for 1000 gold. They can also be found randomly in homes, such as the Bloodstone Manor.

However over the course of 500 years, Hero of Bowerstone's time, Heroes have gained the ability to have the limitless supply of mana making Will Potions unnecessary.

XP Potions
XP Potions are potions that give you experience but nothing else. They occasionally turn up in dig spots, dive spots and chests and can be purchased from Potion Traders when available. Potion in Motion in Bowerstone Market stocks the 1 and 2 star potions occasionally, and as the economy of the area improves, the higher rated potions become available. For example, when Bowerstone Market has 4-star economy, it will start selling 4-star goods. 5-star goods can usually be found in Fairfax Gardens from the traveling traders there.

Staggeringly weak experience potion. On the Hoggins-McGuffy Experience Scale. It barely registers a 'burned my tongue on some hot tea.'
